minsize is supposed to use options that produce smaller exe size (dont expect miracles, there is no need to use that for tc)

neither are recommended to be used, Debug for development, RelWithDebInfo for running the server

Release and MinSizeRel dont create debug info which means that if worldserver crashes, the log will be completely useless and you wont be able to report issue about it
