Here's the old thread started by Warlock in Space:

How to Install:
1#Download the patch;
2#Name it patch-(3-9).mpq - When it says (3-9) its for you to put a number;
3#Place it on your World Of Warcraft Folder Under the Data Folder;
4#Start WoW And enjoy your new spells.
Note: Some spell packs in order to work may need WoW being activated via Modeleditfix.exe.
P.S: I plan to keep this thread updated with the latest spell packs, etc, so if i forgot something or made a mistake, please post here so i can fix it!
