The DBC file for the ItemSet "Rogue Heirlooms" has 2 entries of Balanced Heartseeker. Not sure if I need to change the item_set_names to have either 27 or one instance of 13?

so if you want two weapons, you will have to either choose a different offhand or just clone the entire item
