Like in ICC you have “Lich King” , if you just spawn him ?, he Will just stand still or maybe hit you by melee ( cant remember ). But when your checking the icc script ?, you can see some things / spells etc are binded to the lich King , mean’s he Will cast the Spell from the script or do what the script told him to do

And Gyth is apparently either not using it, or something is despawning Rend instantly.

Sounds like the scripts is broken / not like it supposed to be , not sure but if you playing on 255 levels in server, you need to change the npc so it matchs, Else you can 1 shot a boss and it Will not “pop” the spells or script binded to , on normal like 60-70 etc it should work better , depends the npc hp and your damage
