Also make sure the SSL_EAY_DEBUG, SSL_EAY_RELEASE and OPENSLL_APPLINK_SOURCE flags in cmake point to the right direction.

Honestly, I successfully installed the server and database 2 times, it's just that when I tried different components, I removed them. The problem occurred when I fully installed again.

Oka , did u try delete ssl , reboot pc and download ssl on new ? It Can sometimes help

Only delete files and not reboot Will not remove all files , sadly idk to explain that , so delete files - reboot pc - then try agien
. But follow wiki should be fine
