If you delete the creature / npc , it Will be removed , then you Will have to add / respawn the creature / npc agien , and after restart instance the creature should be normal agien

If u respawn the npc. remember to add 1 or -1 at the end , like. .npc spawn 105 1 the 1 or -1 will save it to the dbc , Else next time the npc Can be gone if not saved

i use .npc add 28860 without 1 or -1 for spawning a new sartharion boss , after reseting raid info also server , he is still here and watching me

. The 1 / -1 save if to the dbc , it Can be there if server crash , other times it need a new save into dbc ( depends on how you delete the npc )
