I went into my HeidiSQL (is that what you mean? I'm a bit of a noob at this stuff) and the Databases dropdown menu is empty

How? I'm completely lost lol, I followed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSjbuGQKDEI to the letter 5 days ago and have been building a map in noggit since then, I thought everything was fine
