Is there a way within the db (either smart_script/changing values) to alter the level of an individual GUID creature which is different to its creature_template level range?

probably because the user is already created, I removed the line of creating the user in the sql file

there must be auth, characters and world, if some of them miss just create them

filling them up will do auth and world server bythemselves I think. but for the world you need to put the TBD file into the binary directory

got this file from the TC guide im guessing thats what i need to place in the world folder
