Yes as it says on the wiki. Either upload your client to your linux machine or compile tc for windows and run the extraction tools on windows

Sorry im very new to this but what exactly does upload client to linux machine mean? That sounds like the best part to do here.

Well i'm not how your setup works but is your linux machine a server/vps? or do you host it yourself on a computer
