Depending on how different the auth and characters database tables are you should be able to find a way too export them but i'm just spit balling here.

Then you'll have to write your own converter to copy rhe required tables and fields and import them to your tc database, which will of course be a big job depending on how much stuff is changed

best to recreate the character. hash is different as well with passwords
