these coordinates are handled inside the database, so teleport coords can always be changed there - aside from that, i dont know a tool specifically made for modifying teleporters

depends on how your object is handled. If it casts a spell for transportation, its most likely "spell_target_position". If it uses SAI, its under smart_scripts.
