Crystalforged War axe -> Gorehowl
Grom'Tor's Charge - Thunderfury (Sheath on back)
Platinum Shield of the Valorous -> Bulwark of Azzinoth
Demonblood Eviscerator -> The bladefist
Blade of the Unrequited -> Thunderfury (Sheath on back)
Overlord's Helmet of Second Sight -> Warrior S2 Helm
Warchief's Mantle -> Warroir S2 Shoulders
