i would expect it to be combined with this setting as long as you keep it to 7 days :
#
# Quests.WeeklyResetWDay
# Description: Day of the week when weekly quest reset occurs.
# Range: 0 (Sunday) to 6 (Saturday)
# Default: 3 - (Wednesday)

Quests.WeeklyResetWDay = 3
but i am not sure about it

but couln't find the day1(or 0 or distribute day)
