Up to you. Blizzard does it every 7 days.
I would do it once a day and do a full characters and Auth database backup in the down time.

Also depends on some things. If you run the server with all maps and grids loaded, you will like sever restarts more than people working with grid unloading

thay been faction 21 for a long time so thay do not need to be 20 so the bug is in the core then
