Map data in World of Warcraft are stored as "ADT" files. Blizzard has the tools to both generate ADT files and the pathing data for them, which is why they can do it so well. Mmaps is an attempt to re-generate the pathing data from the ADT geometry only, but since we don't have access to the original generator it's not possible to get it perfectly. If your mobs are moving very unnatural, that might be an issue with your extractor, map data or the scripting for a particular mob.
