finally I got my own way to finish Kara Pre without flying mount.
I hope this is no repost but I dont think so because I searched many hours by google and here.
The only step where you need a flying mount is Arkatraz, so i edited some adt´s to swim up there.
Well, actually it was very easy, all i had to do is to insert water on 2 adt´s and i would like to share it with you. thanks btw to the nice editing guides here !!!
This is related to my thread yesterday(http://www.mmowned.com/forums/wow-ge...ing-mount.html), but there were no usable comments on that. Perhaps because i postet in the wrong section, so sry for double threading^^
You´ll need the Modeleditfix 2.3 for it to work on live 2.3 servers, but plz no questions on wowme, you have to search for it on your own...

I only have a 60% mount (skill 75), so i saved about 2000 gold. I dont think that you need an epic or flying mount for pve ... This is my 3rd twink, i didnt want to spend so much money on that, its better to spend it on some gems/enchants or stuff like that

usually u have to have a riding skill of 225 or above to finish the kara pre. thats all, but u can save alot gold
