What does performance even matter to you? The main performance killers in TrinityCore aren't reachable for most people.

Can't be answered, I don't know your use case. You can start/run the server itself on a low clock single core cpu with 2 gigabyte of ram, probably even lower

I'm running on a dual core vps with 3GB of RAM, but I see that it's consuming a lot of memory. Hence my question.
