other than just deleting that entire table and reloading fresh one from tdb (and not via heidisql, it will break it again)

That may not be a bad idea, but I wonder if re-inserting tables that have 'guid' columns, such as creature or gameobject, (to maintain my current world on a new world), can it affect the order of newly spawned objects/creatures is guid? Thanks for helping btw!

you only have broken data in tables that have nonenglish text, that is all the _locale ones (and content_loc1-8 in trinity_string)
