The whole thing you mentioned whas nothing to do with my Invis/Detection things. That was mentioned for the Guy who asked for Westfall. Phasing in this case could be easily done with Phase_Area + Condtion for Accepted Quest

the detect invis would not apply unless the player had the first quest accepted, was it breadcrumb or not
