if there's a mechanic spell which deals damage evenly distributed between targets if targets are >= 5, which is contained in effect 0, but the fail condition makes it so that it casts a spell to deal damage to the whole raid, and such spell is on effect_0 triggerSpell field, is the best course of action to clear targets from effect 0 if >= 5 and then manually trigger the spellTrigger id at GetDst?
