It was just about the NPC texts, which I was supposed to put into the broadcast table. However, I have to assign a custom ID for that, which isn't necessary for creature_text and creature_text_locale. It's identified based on the NPC entry, so it's unique, and when someone has the ID, you put it into the other table.
You can even easily solve this with an SQL query without having to fiddle around for a long time. For example, when I create waypoints, I have an SQL query that then pushes it into the other table. It's a click of the mouse.

lol? 335 client have all DBC data. except for those that were removed from other patches that you then put into the spell_dbc table.
