hey noobie here, im seeing on the wiki & online that everyone is using Arctium server launcher for master. how come the folks down at firestorm have their own minimal client wow.exe that is signed and can just connect to their servers?

Long answer: With a valid certificate you only need the .rdata patches (non dev mode) which you can just apply to the exe
