i'm trying to give blood elves the warrior class, but when i try to give them arcane torrent, it doesn't give the ability to them on creation
this is part of the query i used, 28730 being arcane torrent:
```
REPLACE INTO `playercreateinfo_action` (`race`, `class`, `button`, `action`, `type`) VALUES (10, 1, 82, 28730, 0);
```
is there anything i'm overlooking?
