Priorities is whatever people submit. I advise not to blindly port stuff from one core to another due to the differences in their handling, c++ structs, sai, etc...

I'm aware that you can't copy everything 1:1 and no one expects it, but you can get ideas from others. An impression (idea) is not theft, but can be used to improve or understand your own ideas or to implement them more quickly.
And if I had known, as I said, I would submit a lot of ideas and other things.

Ref license issues to ac:
Technically they are not allowed to relicense code from TC to AGPL unless the original author allows it (but they shitting on that, literally entire code base was relicensed without permission of all authors [which you indeed require to do such stuff]). So **in theory** anyone who has the original code in TC and does not want it relicensed to AGPL could DMCA takedown AC until their original code has been removed. (That possibility is also possible if they just forget to add proper credits [effectively stealing code], which happened a lot in the past, but since a few years they were respecting it - at least until mdic left them; im not actively following it atm)
At TC we are always respecting licenses, thats why we cannot blindly copy code from them - bcuz its incompatible to our license. If some author pushes to their repo and prs it to TC thats allowed and we can merge it without any issues. If some author gives the explicit permission to TC to use their code thats also allowed then. Same story for any code from any leaked project.
Ref priorities: anyone can work on anything they want, theres no strict line of priorities.
"Focus" on master is also kinda wrong terms. There are people (including me, hi) who are not interested in 335 at all, so they are working on master only
