yea that patch requires you to run it on an unpacked exe and have a way to repack the exe

but why can't you run an unpacked exe directly? why would you need to repack it?

when i try to run an unpacked exe, i get errors. if you don't repack it, i get wow init errors as well. technically you could patch those out too i guess
