Linux, VPS server, Terminal, HeidiSQL via Wine or PHPMyAdmin, FileZilla for file transfers, nohup command for starting the server as remote (or use screen), rate limiting on ports via UFW or ipTables, OVH as datacenter... all of these are all you need for a successful TC server.

unfortunately the OVH firewall isn't cover external ports for login and worldserver.. only web ports and DB are covered.
