ive torn it all down and im going to close down my conflicting other docker images (i can edit them later) and go for default compose yaml file

Nah, they're using [acore-docker](https://GitHub.com/azerothcore/acore-docker) which is an example/side project that's used in a few popular tutorials. It's still an acore project so I support it, but I prefer and recommend the main repo.
It should be fine that it's using 63306, that's just what their unraid exposes but the containers should be using 3306 properly.

Probably would be best if you posted some logs (usually the last few lines is fine). Probably the "db-import" would be the one im most interested in
