I think this might be a problem of docker desktop. I tried running ubuntu with wsl in windows 10 and it worked, F.Y.I.

Thanks for testing. I'm running WSL2 on Win11 and seeing the issue. What's odd is I deployed this last week fresh under the same config and it worked.

Docker Desktop gives you the option to run on WSL or Hyper-V. I'm running it via WSL.
