It's all good. acore-docker is a pre-built server with no modules. the main `azerothcore-wotlk` repo's docker build can be run as well
There was an update a while back that changed how config was handled for the containers used by acore-docker

Oh interesting - does the main repo's docker build allow modules? If so I may need to look into switching, one of my friends has been *begging* me to add an auction house mod

the easy fix for acore-docker is to run these commands in the root of the git repo (so docker-compose.yml should be there)
