it has to go into env/docker/bin. There's an issue in the docker-compose.yaml where you can't just add stuff to that directory and it'll work:

if you set the env variable `DOCKER_VOL_BIN` to `env/docker/bin`, you should be all good
```console
$ DOCKER_VOL_BIN=env/docker/bin ./acore.sh docker start:app:d
```
