this is what i get if i disable the db-import container before first run. worldserver isn't doing the initial DB import on a fresh install, at least. that may not be unexpected though. i'll re-enable it and see what i get.

`db-import` is at least required for the first run to load the initial database.

adding the volume to worldserver caused it to pickup the module SQL and apply it!
