I'm on the wrong boot right now, but form memory the dev-container doesn't restart, like the worldserver did before fixing the sql update files. It works, I just can't connect my client to it

I apologise for the poor quality of diagnostics I'm providing, I figured I'd contribute to azcore in a bid to also learn docker, but it turns out that may be to my detriment
