I thought having the commands in the database is useless and will just cause those warnings. I know my module said the same thing if I tried adding the commands to the database, but the commands do work fine without those entries.

I checked ingame, it says that the `.xp <command>` does not exist.

No module I have ever created needed those there, and if I tried adding them only produced warnings about commands not existing.
