i have to put on worldserver.conf
SOAP.Enabled = 1
SOAP.IP = "39.104.xxx.xx"
SOAP.Port = 7878
but it log ---> ac-worldserver_1 | ACSoap: couldn't bind to 39.104.xxx.xx:7878
What else do i need to do?

I think because it operates within the container, the IP is going to look different. I'm not sure what it'd look like though.

Try setting `SOAP.IP = "ac-worldserver"`
