Mhh now I see it is related to the issue itself
`have an extra container for the data files, allowing the worldserver container to simply read those data files instead of requiring the user to place them manually inside docker/worldserver/data (however it would be nice to still keep the possibility of adding the data files manually)`

it's not an "issue", it's just that currently you have to manually download those files and place it in a certain directory of your host, as the current guide explains:
