unless you ran docker setup, in which case its tough because just doing the attach is broken for docker-compose up / start

for me I had to "upgrade" one of the test accounts to gmlevel 4 - then manually create a new admin account that I set to gmlevel 4 (mysql UPDATE), then deleted the test accounts and used the new admin account to .account create <name> <pass>

I haven't found a good way to do it via web signup page yet. But i have a buddy that's kind of working on a web portal in React
