I don't know if it's the right channel to ask this. In table creature_template there is a column "Damage Modifier" that corresponds to creature's melee damage. Where can I find one that would change creature's spell damage multiplier?

I'm not aware of such a modifier. You could make the creature use different spells, customised spells, or apply an aura.
