It's clear that's not AzerothCore, right? It has logs database as well as ScriptDev2. We don't really have the knowledge of other cores to be able to provide support for it.

Doesnt matter what the base is if it's modified. Anything can be changed

i had the same issue when hosting with no ip. All ports were open , made very sure of that. And i have the DUC Client.
when using my no ip dns , it dindt allow some people to connect for whatever reason.
Using my public ip it does.
