I did a full SQL dump and reapplied it.
It would be a lot faster to do it directly on the server, there are some guides online but by the time I read about the faster way I already had the slow one running

That's what I'm fumbling through right now. I've creating 3 new databases and now I'm attempting to import the data from the acore databases by exporting them to SQL scripts, then importing them back in.

Apparently Heidi is different, no duplication options but you can work around it by exporting SQL scripts that recreate the exact structure and data from an existing database. Then you run the script and it imports it back in. Really inefficient, but it works.

In Heidi, right-click a database > Export > choose "Database" in the Output dropdown
