I'm messing around in the `creature_template` table but changing the `name` and `subname` doesn't have any effect on the models in game? Tried changing the `Mottled Boar` in the orc starting zone to `Modded Boar` but nothing happens even after restarting the server. Changing other stuff like the model worked fine, but not the name. What gives?

Also wondering why changing item info like `Required Level` in the `item_template` table doesn't affect the items tooltip? What data do the tooltips use?
