Kinda grasping at straws, but if it's not giving any errors during compile and you're making clean, maybe it's putting the binaries somewhere other than where you're looking

Well I don't know what to say, but I recompiled twice (first time didn't change anything) with both times clearing the build cache and BAM, now it works fine......
