Oh, you're right. The default path is env/dist/bin/data and the docker build sets it to env/dist/data. They're both technically wrong as far as most unix filesystem hierarchies are concerned, but keeping data files in bin is probably more of a bug. crazy

putting them somewhere in `env/dist` with `make install`/`cmake --install` is fine (since thats the default install prefix) but the paths in the install prefix should typically match the hierarchy described in `man 7 hier`
