Open up your WoW folder. Locate your folder named "Data". You should see files named "common, patch, expansion" and etc. Place the downloaded file in here and make sure its for your particular colored drake or else yours wont be recolored.
Also, the skin is from the Dark Shade dragons, i just didn't use the m2 file and i recolored it in Photoshop.
