Yes, for the client as well For heirlooms that is defined in ScalingStatValues.dbc and ScalingStatDistribution.dbc and requires a client patch to function properly. It can't deal with resistances however, that is handled closer to armor than an actual stat

I see. So there's no way to make heirlooms at all without a client patch? That's unfortunate! I was thinking of using an override table but I couldn't find one for items.
