You just have to drop that macro and call the proper cmake built in macro instead wherever FindMySQL.cmake is called

For the record, the Windows part of the requirements on the wiki links only MySQL and not MariaDB so obviously there will not be popping up issues related to MariaDB on Windows unless the user chose to use it ahead of time.

pretty sure on linux mariadb is symlinked to mysql config, so the scan function and mysql_config check in the unix block handles both mysql and mariadb
