You could make a spreadsheet. Invent some rules how you want things to be. Like, make a column for xp and have each be 1.1x of the one above
Concatenate a string "insert into player_xp_for_level (level,xp) values("&a1&"," &b1 & ");"
That assumes your spreadsheet column for level is a and xp needed is b
Also not looking up the actual column names in the db atm
