Tried this and now it's gets stuck on line 817 of 2022_06_28_02.sql instead. Can I just skip all these broken files?
e: can confirm simply deleting the folder lets the server start up for me

I'm banging my head against this one too. I reckon the solution would be to just check for existence before inserting and performing an update if the column/entry is in the db already instead of just trying to insert it no matter what. I'm new to mysql and I've only just learned that there are no anonymous blocks here, and I'm fighting with the idea of making a stored procedure only to drop it immediately after using it once.

I could use some advice on how to make something like an anonymous block in mysql.
