Had to fix some syntax errors in the SQL queries in the tool and then do a bunch of fixes to the the DB by hand. Basically just run through the errors 1 by 1 and fix the structure

Ahhhh no sorry, I have like zero dev / programming experience so didn't even think to do that. Just worked it out as I went
