This is the tool

I've checked my server and auth log, i'm not able to make any sense of what's going wrong. I can link it if you're able to take a look

You want to Look into the AC Server, Not the tool.

There must be some Kind of Error message in the logs. Or your conf Files are Missing.

Yeah I'm talking about the AC Server logs. I am getting errors, my conf files are still there and fine. If I delete the converted databases and have the worldserver generate new ones it starts fine
I can link my logs if you'd like

You can try. Maybe you're lucky and someone has a look. My best advice is to See ACs commit history and Look out for `ALTER TABLE`.

The errors i'm getting for the database.
What do you mean look for AC's commit history? AC is working fine, it's just running this tool to migrate my auth / character database that's giving me issues

Has anyone else had luck using the tool lately? Any insight would be greatly appreciated

The conversion is wrong. The way to fix it, would be to See when the Tool was Last updated and then add all commits which changed the AC DB structure to the tool. Or apply These Changes manually to your DB.
