I have a tonn updates at /custom/, and if I will use autoupdater enabled - it will apply 1 fresh update and 100500 customized. It takes more time. Faster to apply fresh update by handle and check what was changed and what for.
If somebody want to populate empty DB - db_assembler is the best and fastest tool.
If something in sql-updates was changed, if records was fixed - it must be only new update-file, not changing old files. We don't applying not checked files. All queries in them are works. But If not works - we may fix it in next file overriding previous.
I don't see any reason to use autoupdater.
I have 4 srevers - Clear AC as standard, my Live custom server, Test server and Test server with bots.
Auto-updater is not convenient for any of them
What for is it?
